Postales de la Playa is a series of works based on vintage postcards that were created during the 2020 quarantine. A life-long visitor and resident of Brigantine Island, Jeremy took the opportunity to stay there and make art during our imposed lockdown. The works are contemplations on self, solitude, isolation and the beauty of nature that were all directly inspired by his time and place. They truly could not have been made in any other setting. The "postcard series" will continue and progress in the future, but this original series is the starting line for a new avenue of the artist's work.
